The object of the Victoria Airport Authority (VAA) is to manage, operate and develop Victoria International Airport in a safe, secure, efficient, cost effective and financially viable manner with reasonable user charges. The VAA develops Airport land, expands transportation facilities and generates economic activity in ways that are compatible with air transportation. The underlying objective in all VAA's activities is the general benefit of the public in the Victoria region.
