The Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association supports 15 parent participation preschools on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands. These member preschools are the Vancouver Island Cooperative Preschool Association (VICPA).VICPA preschools meet or exceed provincial government licensing and safety standards. They benefit from being a part of the history, reputation, and network of the association.
