| Established in 1997, V.I. Pilates is Victoria's oldest Pilates studio. We opened our first studio on Bay Street but have since moved and doubled in size. Our bright, new Royal Oak studio is equipped to handle all aspects of instruction in the Pilates Method, from mat classes to the individually-tailored equipment classes we're famous for. |
