More than 15 years ago, Dr. Helen Bell had a vision of a veterinary clinic, exclusively for cats, which could provide medical, dental and surgical care in a setting that was warm, comfortable and homelike. She made this vision a reality in October 1988 when she opened Pacific Cat Clinic.
