| Shopping Centres Victoria. Mayfair Shopping Centre. With over 38 years of history and commitment to the City of Victoria, Mayfair Shopping Centre first opened in 1963 as a strip centre. In 1974 a Woodward’s Department Store and Woodward’s Food Floor was added and the mall was enclosed.
Mayfair Shopping Centre continued to evolve over the years. In 1983, 1990 and 1994 the mall expanded adding more retail stores and additional roof top parking. With over 120 stores and services, Mayfair Shopping Centre now offers a beautiful new food court opened in March 2003.
