I have been catering in Victoria for more than 20 years. Early on, I began catering under the tutelage of the well-respected international chef Kurt Adrian at the Victoria Edelweiss Club. Soon thereafter I began managing the dining and banquet facilities at the Royal Victoria Yacht Club. My roots stem from the Alsace Region in Europe where some of the finest cuisine in the world can still be found today. It was that European influence that instilled my passion for creative yet classic cuisine built on only the freshest ingredients.
